OVP Property Match is run by Ovidiu-Virgil Popescu. I help international buyers discover selected developer-direct property opportunities in the UAE, and I am clear about what I am and what I am not.
What this is
A referrer, not a broker or agent.
I am not a licensed real-estate broker or agent, and I do not present myself as one. What I do is narrower and, for many buyers, more useful at the start: I listen to what you need, narrow the fit across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, and introduce you to the people who are licensed to run the sale.
Those people are Palmera's licensed UAE real-estate team. They present the projects and carry out the regulated sales process with the developer. I stay focused on your brief: budget, purpose, area, timing, appetite for off-plan, and how you would like to pay.
The projects come from developers selling directly, so you are looking at the developer's own terms and payment plan rather than a resale. That is access, not a promise of value; whether a project is right for you is a question of fit.
How I work
Four rules I keep.
The brief comes first
I start from what you need, not from what is being launched. A shorter list that fits is worth more than a long one that does not.
Regulated work stays with licensed people
I do not sell, negotiate or take payments. Palmera's licensed UAE real-estate team carries out the regulated sales process.
Calm, concise, no hype
No countdowns, no pressure, no promised returns. If something is uncertain, such as a handover date, I say so.

My job is to match the brief to what is available and introduce you to the licensed team, and if nothing fits yet, to say so.
