View towards Palm Jumeirah from the Aeternitas tower in Dubai Marina

Dubai

Dubai, matched to how you want to live or invest.

Waterfront islands, marina towers and city-side communities, each with a different character. I start from your brief, not from a brochure.

Who it suits

An established city with several different lives inside it.

You want to be on the water

Dubai Islands, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah put the sea, marinas and beaches at the front door.

You want to be in the middle of things

Business Bay, beside the canal and close to Downtown, puts you in the middle of the city rather than on its edge.

You want a larger community and a lower entry point

Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Village Triangle and Meydan sit inland. Several of their projects start at lower prices than the waterfront ones; each project's page shows current figures.

Dubai Islands

A new archipelago off the coast of Deira

Dubai Islands is Nakheel's maritime project: five islands across 17 km². Each has its own focus, from retail and entertainment to marinas, beaches, golf and ultra-luxury living.

Soma Residences, by Origami Development, is a low-rise building of 44 homes with planted balconies and a rooftop for residents. See Soma Residences.

Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah

High-rise living on the water

Dubai Marina is a dense waterfront district of towers around a marina; Palm Jumeirah is the palm-shaped island off the coast. Both are among the city's most recognised addresses, and the projects there are premium offerings. Franck Muller Aeternitas is a tower in Dubai Marina. Open its page.

Meydan

Inland, and close to the centre

Meydan sits inland of the coast and close to central Dubai, away from the beachfront. Rabdan Avenue and Rabdan Square are two Rabdan projects there. See Rabdan Avenue.

Dubai questions

Before you choose an area.

More general questions are answered on the home page and in how it works.

Which part of Dubai suits me?

It depends on your brief. Waterfront buyers usually look at Dubai Islands, Dubai Marina or Palm Jumeirah. Buyers who want a central, city-side address look at Business Bay. Buyers who want a larger residential community, often at a lower entry price, look at areas such as Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) or Meydan. Send a brief and I will tell you which of these actually fit.

Are the Dubai projects you show completed or off-plan?

Most of the developer-direct projects in Palmera's Dubai catalogue are off-plan, meaning they are still to be built; a few are ready. Each project's page states its stage and its handover date, and those details are kept current by Palmera.

Who handles the purchase in Dubai?

Palmera's licensed UAE real-estate team. I am an independent referrer: I help you define the brief and shortlist what fits, then introduce you to that team, which carries out the regulated sales process with the developer.

Where do I see current prices?

On each project's own page, which Palmera keeps current. I do not quote prices on this site because they change, and the page you open is always the latest.
