The residence

Central 7 is the first Tier-1 office building in Oman, developed by Wujha Development inside Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), Oman's first technology park, established in 2003 and operated by Madayn at Al Rusayl.

The scheme totals roughly 24,000 sqm: about 20,000 sqm of offices across seven floors, above a 4,000 sqm commercial strip open to the wider KOM community.
